The Warriors

It was not until i happened upon a review in the Australian copy of PS3 mag, that rated this game very highly that i even thought about buying it, i found the gameplay extremly user-friendly and the fact that rockstar has kept very much to the original movie appealed to me & helped "flesh out " the backstory, giving a depth to the game rarly seen now-a-days,
The game is a more stripped down version of it's GTA3 San Andreas big brother, gone is the impersonal use of a sniper rifle, flam-thrower, or tank, now you walk the mean streets, with you homies, and lay the beat down on other gangs that cross your path, turf warfare takes on a more personal approach with the ability to upgrade your character, one of my personal fav's, if you come across a copy pick it up & give it a try, it will suprise you...wonder if rockstar are contemplating a follow up, hmmm, The Warriors...10 years on, it's an idea..
