IGN.com give 10/10 to GTAIV

It's true less than 3 days out to the release of GTAIV, IGN.com have given GTAIV a prefect 10 for their review.

This is the first 10/10 review IGN.com have given a game since Nintendo 64's Legend of Zelda - Ocarina of Time.
