Disney Win Award At E3 For Pure

The Game Critics Awards, an independent group of 36 leading game industry journalists, today announced the winners of its annual Best of E3 poll and Disney Interactive Studios' Pure was chosen as the Best Racing Game of E3 2008! The Game Critics are a group of top video game journalists from such media outlets as Newsweek, USA Today, Entertainment Weekly, Wired, MTV, IGN and others. The E3 Media & Business Summit is an annual video game conference to show upcoming games to media and retailers.

The awards have been in existence since 1998 and Pure is the first Disney Interactive Studios game to be selected for this honor.

Developed by Black Rock Studio, Disney Interactive Studios' racing development studio in Brighton, England, Pure is an action sports game with four-wheel vehicles for PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. Players engage in 16-player races while jumping off of huge peaks and pulling off unbelievable airborne tricks.

Other awards won by Pure to date include the Best Racing Game of E3 from GameTrailers.com, an MTV Networks site, and Best Racing Game of E3 for Xbox 360 from IGN.com

Tried the demo on ps3. It's pretty cool. The ATVs handled well too.

Hey, your from madman right?
Well i wanna make a complaint! I just bought the entire series of Azumanga Daioh which is licensed by Madman and the english Subs suck!
You hear me? The grammar is terrible, alot of it doesn't make any sense and the spelling of many japanese words is incorrect! A ver very shoddy job if you ask me. Ive found better subbers online and they aren't even a "Professional licensing company" like you supposedly are!

Posted by ChatterboxZombie on 14 September 2008, 06:10PM Madman doesn't do the subs themselves - I think the American company Madman sub-licensed it from do.
